 Engraved Plates are installed on the front of Jewelry Boxes , unless otherwise requested. Other options are: inside lid, on mirror or linings or enclosed for self installation.  Plates have adhesive tape attached on back, just peel and
stick.  Please notify by e-mail .
Engraving Plates are solid Brass (high gloss finish) 1" x 3" and 1¼" x 3".

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Click on the "Ordering and Contact" page, all ordering procedures are listed.
B: Click on the PayPal Button to use your credit card. 
Second day delivery is available on request at extra cost  ( average $ 75-85 USD  for most of USA). Please send email before ordering with your selection an zip code, so I can add the extra shipping cost to the price of the item before ordering with PayPal.
Q: How to find the exchange rate? 
A: Easy! Go to the "Ordering and Contact" page , scroll down and click on the "Universal Currency Exchange" then follow the instructions.
Q: How long it takes to deliver to the US. ? 
A: 3-8 day (excluding Sunday) to most destination via Expedited Post
Q: Are the items on the pages in stock? 
A: Yes, all items on the pages are in stock unless stated otherwise. Once an item is ordered it is deleted or replaced with another item. 

Q: Are the items one-of-a-kind? 
A: Yes, most of the Jewelry boxes are one-of-a-kind.  I recommend that you send me an e-mail to reserve your item(s) until your payment arrives, if ordering by mail.

Q: What type of payments are accepted ?
A : I accept International "Postal Money Orders" or certified Personal Checks.
B : Now you can use your credit cards VISA,  Master Card, American Express, by clicking on the  "PayPal" Button and follow the instructions. If you can't find a PayPal Button next to the item you would like to purchase,  please send me an e-mail and I will place a PayPal Button on the item within a short time.

Q: What is your return policy  
 Return Policy:
 Merchandise will not be accepted without preauthorization.  Your request must be received within 14 days, stating the reason for return.  Parcels returned without authorization, or returned by carrier as  "refused", "unclaimed" or for any other reason will be subject to all applicable return freight and custom charges .  In all cases shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Damaged items must be reported as soon as possible however, please do not ship back until notified for further instruction. If authorized please insure all returned items for their retail value.  Returned items must be shipped  in the original packaging (unless damaged) , packed the same way as received, and visibly written on the package "Returning  Canadian  goods".
